Thursday Night's Dinner

I'm spending time with friends today (since I'm leaving soon), but I thought I'd share a few pictures of Thursday night's dinner with you since it was pretty good.

Roasted broccoli, yellow & green bell peppers, and chickpeas with gluten-free brown rice pasta (and this particular variety was pretty good). I ate mine like a warm pasta salad, drizzle with Annie's Naturals Roasted Red Pepper dressing.
